The Engagement Diagnostic
A paid 3-week diagnostic powered by our proprietary 450+ point audit framework — 15 categories spanning AEO readiness, GEO scoring, AI entity authority, technical infrastructure, schema architecture, content authority, citation graph, competitive positioning, and Core Web Vitals. You receive a confidential strategic briefing with prioritized findings; the audit framework, scoring methodology, and underlying data remain DSF proprietary IP. $25,000 — credits 100% to your retainer if you continue.
Engagement Proposal
Following the Diagnostic, you receive a proposal scoped to the right combination of working modes — Strategic Advisory, Managed Programs, Bespoke Builds, or any combination of the three. Exact deliverables, exact timeline, exact investment. We do not sell packages.
Engagement Letter
Engagement letter signed. Strategic Advisory bills monthly on a 3-month minimum. Managed Programs bill monthly with annual commitment. Bespoke Builds bill on milestones tied to deliverables. Wire transfer or ACH — no procurement portals, no surprises.
Kickoff & Onboarding
Structured kickoff. Scope locked. Communication channels established. Reporting structure set. You get a direct line to the people doing the work — not an account manager playing telephone. Full visibility from the first day.
Execution & Delivery
For immersive builds, you see working prototypes in your browser — not flat mockups. For AEO, GEO, and SEO, you get monthly reports tracking citations, rankings, and traffic. Milestone check-ins at every stage. We do not vanish for weeks and resurface with a reveal. You see the work as it happens.
